These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sub2me.com (the “Site”), operated by XIM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, To 37, Cum 6, Phuong Phu Thuong, Quan Tay Ho, Ha Noi, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of our content

The Site publishes reviews, ratings summaries, and information about mobile apps and games. All reviews reflect editorial opinion based on publicly available data and user feedback at the time of writing, as described in our Editorial Policy. Content is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, or purchasing advice.

2. Accuracy and freshness

App statistics shown on the Site (ratings, install counts, prices, permissions, and similar data) are snapshots taken at the time of writing and may differ from current figures on Google Play or the Apple App Store. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Trademarks and third-party content

All app names, developer names, logos, icons, and screenshots displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, commentary, and review purposes. Sub2me is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Apple Inc., or any developer featured on the Site.

4. External links

The Site links to official app store listings and other third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Downloading and using any app is at your own discretion and subject to the store’s and developer’s own terms.

5. Our intellectual property

Except for third-party material identified above, the content of the Site — including review text, data presentations, and site design — is owned by XIM JOINT STOCK COMPANY and protected by copyright. You may share brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page. Republishing full reviews, or systematic copying or scraping of the Site, is not permitted without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, disrupts its operation, circumvents security measures, or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (including automated bulk scraping).

7. Advertising
