The standout feature by far is Scan & Go. Multiple reviewers single it out as the best part of the app, letting shoppers scan items as they shop and pay without waiting at a register. The fuel-scanning feature gets similar praise, with users noting how convenient it is to check gas prices before heading to the pump and pay directly through the app. Saving multiple credit cards and switching between them for purchases is also called out as quick and easy, which matters for a shopping app that’s meant to speed things up rather than slow them down.
Where Online Ordering Falls Apart
The online ordering experience is clearly the weak link. One reviewer described repeated ‘technical difficulties’ when adding items to a cart, followed by having to re-enter a card’s CVV multiple times just to complete checkout. But if you plan to lean on it for online ordering, cart management, or anything involving customer service around memberships and payments, expect friction. This is an app worth having for in-club convenience, but don’t count on it for a smooth online shopping experience.
